Returning a Product

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Hygiene Requirements

For products where hygiene is important, items must be properly cleaned before the return process begins.

Damage Caused by Personal Use

Elise Atelier is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Negligence

  • Incorrect handling

Please note that only manufacturing defects are covered under our return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Other sealed hygiene products once opened

Refunds

Inspection Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Tracking

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Return Location

Returns must be sent to our fulfillment facility in Asia.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs typically start at $25 and are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge.

If the same issue occurs with the replacement item, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be canceled more than 24 hours after they have been placed.
